IF YOU WANT TO APPLY GO AHEAD AND DO SO. BUT KNOW THIS:
- clan is full and has been full for a long time
- there are still people that we are waiting to take in
- unless I know you, or I really need your class(es) or I have a good reason to want you -- I will probably have to turn you down
- if you still want to apply go right ahead
- don't ask stuff like how long will it take? have you decided yet? etc. that's just annoying
If you are not 3rd class and subbed something, it will also be a strong factor for a NO
